Are you fully insured?
We have public liability insurance up to £10 million. A certificate of this will always be carried by our technicians.

Can I talk to you first?
Yes, we welcome all enquiries and will usually make an appointment to see the area in question. It helps for you to meet with us and discuss your needs and concerns, plus we can give you a more accurate quote for the work to be carried out. This person will usually remain your point of contact throughout your contracted period.

Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, we will give you a written description of all the work to be completed within the contract, along with an appropriate timescale. All our work comes complete with a full warrant

WHAT DO YOU USE YOUR BIRDS FOR?
Our birds of prey are mostly used to deter pigeons and gulls. They can also be used to deter Starlings and other birds. We use them mostly, but not exclusively, in industrial areas, stadiums and town centres.

WHAT WILL THE NEIGHBOURS THINK?
We offer a discreet service to deal with any issues. It is also worth considering the implications for your neighbour if you don’t deal with the pest issue. For example, a wasp nest in your garden could result in unwanted stings to you and your neighbours.

ARE THE POISONS YOU USE HARMFUL TO CHILDREN AND PETS?
Only if ingested directly. Our controllers are trained professionals and should be the only ones to handle any chemicals or poisons if it is necessary to use them.

WILL THE INSECTICIDE STAIN THE CARPET OR FURNITURE?
No, it will not stain. A white residue might be left behind when the insecticide dries, but this can be brushed off or hoovered.

I WORK FULL-TIME. CAN YOU VISIT OUT OF HOURS?
Yes. We can work to your schedule and visit both in the evenings and at weekends.

WHICH PESTS ARE YOU ABLE TO TREAT?
We are able to treat most pests from ants to squirrels. We can treat and remove wasps nests, bees nests, ants nests and fleas and much more. We also treat rodents such as mice, rats and moles.
